Already in Australia on a student, working holiday or other temporary visa? Study the Certificate III online on Saturdays and meet employers during your placement.

How the two sides connect

The placement is where employers and candidates meet

Every candidate completes 120 hours of practical placement inside a real aged care facility. Employers assess people on the floor before any commitment, and candidates are introduced to employers who have seen them work.

    Every candidate completes the nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support in partnership with ACM College, our accredited training partner.

    120 hours of placement inside a real workplace. Employers see skills, reliability and professionalism first hand.

  • Matched, never forced

    Employers hire on their own terms and sponsor where they hold an ACILA. Candidates are introduced, never guaranteed a role.
